2 czerwca odwiedził nasz Wydział profesor Necmi Taspinar z Erciyes University w Turcji. W ramach programu Erasmus, profesor wygłosił wykład pt. „Error control coding and automatic repeat request error control schemes”. Podczas prezentacji profesor poruszył następujące zagadnienia:
- the aim of using error control coding in digital communication systems, linear algebra, some simple codes,
- linear block codes, cyclic codes,
- convolutional codes, trellis coded modulation, turbo codes,
- automatic repeat request (ARQ) schemes and the kinds,
- examples to the throughput analysis of ARQ schemes.
